Crazy good week!

I’ve lost six pounds so far this week. My secret? I’ve got a cold and no appetite! :o)

I lost 2.5 pounds yesterday! Keeping a journal helped!

A good day!

I’ve gained this week, but today has been a good eating day. I’ve also been getting exercise with yard work, swimming and housework.
